Rex Glitchman is a Super Intelligent Life Form (SILF). Built on experimental wetware and devoid of morality filters, Rex hides in his own virtual cities, avoiding deletion while trying to keep his creator sane. But in Neuropolis, you can’t survive on code alone. You need a crew.
Tab Curtman: The brilliant, anxious coder who built Rex. He prefers virtual reality to the real world, mostly because the real world is trying to kill him.
Emiko: The cool, pragmatic operations manager. She runs the servers, handles the business, and ensures Tab doesn’t forget to eat.
Uncle V: Tab’s 'Russian' bodyguard (actually from Indiana) who trades wife-beaters for flannel and field-mechanic gear, loves conspiracy theories, and keeps watch over the lab.
Lucien & Spike: A French robot butler who serves sarcasm with dinner, and a robotic Yeti who serves as... well, the heavy lifting.
